Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This goofy guy is looking for a calmer home that can provide lots of cuddles and playtime. Thistle did not enjoy the kennel environment at the shelter but thrived in foster care. He warmed up to people very quickly but can still be a little skittish at times and knows his boundaries.
Some of Thistle’s favorite things include warm laps, toys he can chase, other cats to play with, and cat trees where he can window watch. He has the sweetest routine of waiting in the window for his foster parents to get done with work. He will even rub against the window until you are inside. His meow is the cutest, and he is quick to purr. When he wants attention and when he is done with something, he will give you a gentle slap on the hand.
Thistle should do well in a calmer home with respectful kids 8+, knowing that he can be mouthy when he is overwhelmed. He adores his cat friends in foster and is required to go home with another feline friend. Thistle currently lives with Sudoku and Mr. Jalapeno and they get along great. He has not met dogs in foster but may do well with a calm, cat-savvy dog with slow introductions.
Thistle is a 6-month-old neutered male and is up to date on his vaccines and microchipped
