My name is Tobi!

Tobi is a very sweet dog but he has been through a lot. His past owner was a family friend of mine who sadly passed away. I took in Tobi as a foster planning to rehome. He loves affection, and receiving lots of pets. Hes great with other dogs his size or bigger. He is fine with cats he acts like hes going to hunt my cat but never actually does anything and is truthfully very afraid of him. My friend who had him before rescued him from a shelter when he had one day until they were going to put him down. I dont have a clear story on his past but he is very loving. He will bark at a random person like hes mad but then he runs up and begs for love. He really needs a good home with owners who are willing to understand him.
