Hello East Coast people! My name is Gandolf and I am a handsome Maltese mix with silky soft hair, about 3-1/2 years old, 19 lbs, and I was found with a group of other little dogs in a popular dumping area in Brownsville Texas. Thankfully, good Samaritans take us in for local dog rescues and in my case 4 Little Paws Took me so I was driven to San Antonio to stay in a foster home while getting ready to be adopted. I’m now neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to find my future!
My foster mom says I am a happy boy, friendly with people young and old, and a bit shy at first but I warm up quickly. I am friendly and playful with other dogs, and kitty cats don't faze me. I love to play and run zoomies with my friends, not into dog toys but I love doggy treats. I’m a luvable hunk of cuteness, always wagging, well-behaved, fully housebroken, never bark, and I’m always ready for pets and snuggling. My future looks bright, and I am so looking forward to joining a wonderful family anywhere on the East Coast! Inquire about me today and bring me home!

Thoughtful direct emails are welcome and will be answered. However, an application is still a necessary step. We want to make sure we find our dogs a perfect fit with a family so both the dog and the family are happy. We keep our dogs with fosters once we get them out of shelters for a little bit to learn and understand their personalities. Our relationship with families doesn't stop at adoption! We are always available for any follow up questions and are happy to be a resource as you and your new pet settle into a routine.
