Hi, I'm Dorothy and I'm just as sweet as I am cute! When the WAAL team came to rescue me, someone had reported that I'd been abandoned by the side of the road in a laundry basket. Rescuers had a tough time catching me. They finally realized I was a mama with two puppies and I didn't want to leave without them! WAAL brought my puppies and me into care, and now I'm looking for the furever home where I can be loved and spoiled like I truly deserve. I'm an active, loveable girl who gets along well with other doggies. I'm crate-trained and potty-trained. I do have a little hair loss from the fleas I had when rescued, but hopefully that will grow back soon! To meet me, go to WAALrescue.org/adopt and fill out an application.

The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
