Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We bought Scout from a breeder in TX, he was 14 weeks old. He potty-trained quickly & is crate trained. He knows commands of sit, lie down, spin, shake, place, crate, stay & leave it but you’ll want treats handy or he may do his own thing! He’s extremely treat motivated!! He was taken for training but we didn’t keep up with it like we should have but they offer free sessions for the life of Scout at their facility or at home for a mileage fee.
He has a strong commanding bark but he’s not at all aggressive. He’s rather shy & guarded until he warms up to you. He loves a good rub & will talk to you when he needs something. Ideally, we’re looking for an active lifestyle home for Scout with older children & possibly another large dog would be great. He needs exercise or something to do to keep him from mischief. Lately we’ve had him going to daycare & the staff says he’s doing well with the other big dogs. Please reach out if you have any questions & we’d be happy to answer them.
