Meet Roger, an incredibly sweet and gentle senior cat who is ready to be your devoted companion. Roger is looking for a calm, adult-only home where he can be the only pet, so he can enjoy all the love and attention he deserves.

Despite being diabetic, Roger is doing wonderfully with his daily insulin injections and is in great health overall. His loving nature and easygoing personality make him a joy to be around.

Roger needs an adopter who is comfortable with his care routine. He is the perfect cat for someone who wants a loyal companion to share quiet moments and provide unconditional love.

Additional adoption info

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.

When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.

If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
