My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Champ, a friendly and sweet adult dog who`s been winning hearts at the shelter with his charming personality. His tail wags non-stop, a testament to his joyous spirit. Champ has a knack for making people smile, and he`s always ready to offer comfort and companionship. He loves to play fetch and is a fast learner. He`s also an excellent listener, always attentive to what you have to say. Champ is house-trained and well-behaved. He would make a wonderful addition to any home, and his adoption would mean a second chance at a loving, forever home. Champ deserves a family who will love him as much as he loves them.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
