**Say Hello to Lemon!**

Lemon an 8 month old male Pyrenees Pitty mix about 55 pounds and he loves to snuggle. Found abandoned with his sister he’s been living with a family of 3 kiddos and 3 other pups. He is one big giant love bug.

Lemon is crate trained - he loves to be in his crate open or closed. He is potty trained and uses a doggy dog with ease. He is still learning how to walk on a leash, but he likes to stay close to his people (he is into a runner).

Lemon loves to sit on your lap although he is NOT lap size - so be sure you have a love seat or couch to snuggle him on. He is a big chewer - but only on his toys and bones - he will finish a bully stick in a few hours and then pass out. Keep him active and he is the best boy!!

Lemon has been neutered, and has all of his puppy shots and he is ready for a forever home!!

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.

ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.

Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.

We're open to the public Saturdays from 10am - 2pm. Appointments are available during the week.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.
