Approximate Date of Birth: 05/18/2024         NOT COMPLETE= MISSING INFO

BONDED PAIR

Eowyn Tolkien-Female- short hair- dilute calico

Description: Hello, I'm Eowyn. I'm a shy, soft little kitten who really enjoys her privacy. I have beautiful soft multi-colored fur that I like to think of as camouflage when I'm creeping around the house exploring. I like to spend my days running around playing with my brother (he's my best friend) and my foster family. I'm an avid hunter and LOVE attacking my toy mice and springs! My foster mom says I am slow to warm up, but once I do I am the best little shadow companion she's ever met. Come say a quiet hello.  I'm curious to meet you.

Words to Describe: Sweet, clever, chatty, playful, adventurous and so very Soft.

Kitty Likes: Snacks and Toys (especially mice and springs. Pop-up tents and hidey-holes. Privacy. Cat towers. Quiet naps with my brother. Hanging out near my humans watching them work. Watching TV with my humans.

Kitty Prefers Not To: Be picked up or touched. Light pets preferred. Does not like loud noises or closed doors. Cries if separated from brother.  Give me time as i am very young.

Fastest Way to Get Kitty to Purr: Offer treats and toys. I'm a very good hunter and love engaging in play with my humans.

Favorite Place to Sleep: At the very top of a cat tower with a blanket and toys and my brother (if hes in a napping mood if hes being too feisty I will kick him out).

Favorite Toys: Little catnip mouse

Favorite Treat: Churo

Eomer Tolkien-Male- medium hair- orange tabby

Description:

Hi! I'm Eomer, I'm really soft and love making new friends. I have a beautiful bushy tail like a squirrel- but I know I am really a tiny tiger! I like to spend my days running around playing with my sister and my foster family. I'm a bit of a foodie and LOVE snack time. I love everyone and everything really, my foster mom says I am the sweetest, friendliest little guy around! Although I am positive for FeLV, but with good care and your love, I can live a happy and full life and give as much or more love as I receive! I love other cats so would be a great friend for another FeLV positive and friendly kitty! Come say hello, I'd love to meet you.

Words to Describe Me: Playful. Sweet. Affectionate. Chatty. Loves to be included in everything. Curious. Handsome. Social.

Favorite Place to Sleep: Anywhere my cat and human friends are! Especially if its soft and cozy.

Favorite Toy: Little bouncy balls.

Perfect Day: Starting the day bright and early with a BIG breakfast, playing with cat friends, then snuggling with my human friends until I get sleepy, taking a nap and doing it all over again!

Kitty's Likes: Chin scratches. Food. Treats. Play. Other cats. People. Soft blankets. Playing catch with small balls.

Kitty's Dislikes: Being left alone. Being ignored. Closed doors. Being held like a baby. Abrupt movements.

Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: Feed me or scratch my chin and pet my head! I also love being gently picked up and having my head kissed while we talk about how soft I am.

Favorite Treat: Churu

Some of our "ready to adopt" felines are located at one of our Arizona PetSmart locations. https://www.savingonelife.org/adopt/locations/

We also have a small satellite operation in San Diego with adoption events on select Saturdays at the PetSmart Escondido store.

We highly recommend applying in advance in order to increase your opportunity at adopting the kitty you are interested in. Applications are processed in the order they were received. If you have questions, please email adoptions@savingonelife.org.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
