Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sesame came to the shelter as a frightened guy who had no experience with people. After spending some time in a foster home, he has learned that people provide safety, food, and yummy snacks!
While Sesame loves to play and will allow pets while he is eating, he is more comfortable with his feet firmly planted on the ground, meaning he does not appreciate a lot of body handling.
Sesame does have a big personality and is a very talkative boy though! He loves to chirp at his foster mom and demand his food! However, he will still require plenty of time to warm up to new people. He is still getting comfortable in big spaces and would prefer a quieter home that fits his lowkey personality. He will need plenty of cozy hiding spaces in his new home for him to relax in when he is ready to venture out of his initial small starter spot.
Sesame loves scoping things out from the cat tree in his foster home and likes to look out the window when he thinks no one is watching. He loves the other cats in foster care and will cuddle with them frequently. He currently lives with Filbert, Valencia, and Isla, and they all get along great.
Sesame will need a family that is patient with him as he gets used to his new home. He must go home with another cat and would prefer a home without high-energy dogs. He would do best in a home with kids over 10 years old.
Sesame is a 6-month-old, neutered male. He is up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
