Meet Sonny!

He is estimated to be about 10 months old, 42 pounds, and is listed as a mixed breed (pitbull mixed with?? Boxer???) He was found on the streets of Gary, IN with wounds to his face, skinny, and just craving affection. He has been fully vetted and neutered, and is looking for his forever home!

He is great with other dogs, does just fine with his foster’s cat, and loves all people! Sonny’s ideal home would have a dog friend to play with by day, and humans to snuggle with by night. Oh, and a large stash of treats as he is very food motivated 🥰

Our goal is to rescue pit bulls who would otherwise be euthanized in shelters and place them in forever homes that make them forget they were ever almost a statistic.
