My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Ace, a stunning Standard Poodle born around April 16, 2023, and weighing approximately 40 pounds. Ace is a sweet, friendly, and outgoing pup with a zest for life that’s truly infectious. Surrendered alongside his brother when their previous owners could no longer care for them, Ace is now ready to find a loving home where he can thrive.

Ace is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and current on ProHeart 12 for heartworm prevention. As a high-energy dog, Ace’s excitement for life shines through in his playful jumps and boundless enthusiasm. He will need a family who can meet his exercise needs with plenty of walks, playtime, and outdoor adventures, as well as his high demand for grooming needs. His intelligent and eager-to-please nature also makes him a great candidate for training, which will help him channel his energy in positive ways.

Ace's adoption fee is $600, and he is currently located in Texas. He is eligible for transport to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington (Kentucky), or anywhere along the East Coast. Please note there is an additional transport fee of $225. Unfortunately, we cannot transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations. Apply today at www.adoggie4you.org.

Additional adoption info

Adoption application is required. Applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. A picture of your home or yard may be requested

All dogs and puppies are fully vetted prior to adoption (spay/neuter, rabies, 3 DHPP, bordetella and heartworm test/treat if positive) and are micro-chipped.
Our fees start at $200, transport out of Texas is arranged by us and is generally an additional $200.
We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet. Our contract requires if an adoption does not work out the dog is to be returned to us. We need at least two weeks notice.
