Despite being a high-energy dog, Scrappy is surprisingly quiet; he doesn`t bark much and seems content to `go with the flow` in most situations. Noises and commotion don`t seem to bother him, and he loves meeting new people, dogs, and even kids. He`ll greet you with a wagging tail, plenty of kisses, and all the gratitude in the world.
