My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I`m Canella! I`m a sweet, medium-sized dog weighing about 30 pounds, with a soft, beautiful beige and white coat that`s just begging for some cuddles. All I really want is to be loved and to share my affection with someone special.

I was brought in by a wonderful person who did their best to take care of me, but their life got a bit too busy for me to stay long-term. One of their daughter’s friends had asked if they could watch me for a few days, but that friend came to say she could not take me back. After trying to make it work, they realized it wasn’t the best fit for me, but I`m so grateful for the love they gave me during that time.

Now, I`m in the right place, and I`m ready to find my forever home, where I can shower my new family with all the love and loyalty I have to offer. I promise, I`ll make you smile every day with my affectionate nature. Could you be the one to give me the home I’ve been waiting for?

The nice people here at the shelter are still getting to know me considering I am new to them, so keep checking in for new updates.
