My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Dallas, a 5-month-old Terrier mix with a heart full of curiosity and love. This adorable pup was recently transferred from Fresno County and is learning all about life in the big city. While he’s still figuring out the leash and new surroundings, Dallas is blossoming every day with the help of treats and encouragement. His playful spirit and affectionate nature make him a joy to be around, and he’s looking for a patient family to continue his positive reinforcement training. If you’re ready for puppy cuddles and lots of playtime, Dallas might be the perfect addition to your home!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
