This friendly, happy girl is named Carla.

She is ~2 years maltese mix who is full of love and energy! She follows her foster Mom from room to room and is a big fan of cuddling. She loves everyone and every dog she has met while in foster care (after she first barks at them first )

Carla walks well on a leash and does very well with her house training. Her foster Mom says she has only an occasional accident.

This girl is NOT a couch potato! She needs a person/family who will be active with her. Lots of walks and play time please!

Carla weighs 18 pounds and is UTD on her vaccines. She has been microchipped and is scheduled to be spayed. Her adoption fee is $300 which covers her vaccines/chip/spay.

Once your 3 personal references and your vet reference is checked and we approve your application then a meet and greet is set up.

Meet the Pet

If you and your family and your dog are a match then the contract is signed and you and your new family member go home.

More about this rescue

We are a small breed rescue mainly rescuing from local shelters in our area, puppy mill dogs, and owner surrenders

We have a community outreach program where an owner may not be able to pay for vetting for their dog we will have our vet assess the pet and help the owner with expenses.

We do a senior to senior adoption where we continue to cover the vet expenses for the dog and the adopter pays for the food and cares for the dog.

We also have a foster based hospice for any dog that our vet deems is not adoptable for medical issues. The foster takes care of the dog until it crosses over. All expenses are covered by the rescue.
