My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blue came to me when I purchased his brother as a livestock guardian for my goats. The sellers told me that whichever of the two I didn't take would be surrendered to a shelter, so I took them both in hopes of fostering Blue until finding a suitable forever home.
Blue is not like his family, who are all very Pyrenees and very livestock focused. I think there may be a bit of Blue Heeler in his background and that he exhibits far more Heeler character than sheepdog. He has no desire to bond with the goats, and is very focused on territorial protection.
This would be fine, but he has another issue: he is terrified of men, especially dark haired and bearded...like my husband.
He also has separation anxiety and is super reactive to hearing raised voices. I'm not sure where his trauma began, but he needs healing.
Otherwise he is an absolute darling. He's beautiful, cuddly, playful, and gives kisses on request.
He would be an excellent security for a lesbian farm commune! Jk, but really.
