Hi, I’m Twix, an 8-month-old Chocolate Lab mix with a heart full of love and a shy, sweet personality! 💕🐾

I might be a little timid at first, but give me time, and I’ll show you how playful and affectionate I can be. My favorite things include going on walks or runs, snuggling up for movie marathons, and getting all the scratches and hugs I can.

I’m not a fan of being alone—I’m happiest by your side, whether it’s on a road trip or just hanging out at home. Once I feel safe and comfortable, I’ll become your loyal, loving companion who’ll brighten your days.

We are a nonprofit dedicated to the rescue of dogs and cats, and other domestic animals. You can assist us by donating, volunteering, or adopting. Milo’s Dog Rescue of South Florida, founded by Stacy Billingslea, is a charity dog and cat rescue organization based in the state of Florida. The group is entirely self-funded, with all contributions going directly to rescuing, rehabilitating, and placing dogs and cats in loving homes after they are found on the streets or turned in by families who can no longer care for their pets.
