Hi, I’m Kenai!

I’m just a little Husky mix pup trying to figure out this big, wide world. I don’t know how I ended up here at FDHS, but I’m starting to realize it might be the place where everything changes for me.

I didn’t have a lot of practice being around people or walking on a leash before I got here, so I’m still a bit unsure about it all. But every single day, I get a little braver. The nice humans here are showing me how good cuddles feel, how fun walks can be, and how safe I really am. I’m even starting to wag my tail more when I see them!

I came in with my brother, Koda (he’s here too!), but now I’m hoping for a family of my very own—someone patient and kind who will help me grow into the best version of myself. I’m just a pup, so I still need guidance, love, and a little time to learn how to be the goodest boy ever. I promise I’ll make it worth it.

They say I’m probably going to stay on the smaller side when I’m fully grown, which makes me the perfect size to take on all your adventures or curl up for some snuggles. I may start off shy, but once you earn my trust, you’ll have my whole heart forever.
