Our shelter is part of the Havelock municipality that restricts donations to physical (food, bedding, litter, etc) items. We are unable to accept monetary donations.

The adoption fee is $20 if you are a current city resident ($15 for the adoption and $5 for the license fee); $30 if you are a non-city resident. If you reside aboard MCAS Cherry Point the adoption fee is $15. Rabies vaccine for pets older than 4mos is $10.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm and we are closed on Sundays. We welcome you to come in anytime to see what we have up for adoption or ask us any questions or concerns you may have.
