My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bella

Bella is a 9-year-old spayed female who is as beautiful inside as she is outside. This sweet girl has earned the title of "Guardian Angel" for her incredible ability to bring peace and harmony to every dog she meets. Her gentle spirit and loving nature make her a cherished companion.

Bella lived in a home with her 3 chihuahua brothers who were just surrendered due to a family situation.  Together the 4 dogs loved running in their yard for hours

Bella adores the finer things in life—she loves wearing cute outfits, being groomed, and enjoying a relaxing bath. She absolutely lights up when you call her name, and nothing makes her happier than hearing you say, “Pretty girl!”

Affectionate and cuddly, Bella thrives on kisses, hugs, and all the attention you can give her. She’s a people-pleaser at heart and will gladly soak up all the love you have to offer. Whether she’s snuggling on the couch or enjoying her favorite treats, Bella is happiest when she’s surrounded by those who adore her.

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will brighten your days and fill your home with love, Bella is ready to steal your heart.

If Bella sounds like a good fit for you, please apply for adoption at https://peace4paws.org/adoption-application. She can't wait to become apart of your world!

More about this rescue

Peace4paws is a 501 (c) 3 non profit public charity centered in Northern New Jersey. Through our foster home system, we are able to support the rehoming and adoption of dogs from kill shelters as well as facilities of research and related fields. Founded in 2007, our initial mission focused on supporting sanctuary and forever homes for animals retired from use in research and related fields. In the past few years we have broadened our scope of rescue. We continue to help our own retired research animals and independent sanctuaries but also save shelter dogs. We are able to do this work through the efforts of our volunteer network and generous donors. Please see our website or facebook page "Peace4Paws" to meet our adoptable dogs, success stories or volunteer opportunities. We organize fundraising events centered around yoga, music, health, or animal friendly activities. We are also involved with student outreach and education. We would love to work with you.
