My name is Sammy!

Sammy was adopted from a breeder in the mountains of Colorado. He was separated from the litter when we came to pick him up because of a cat flu that was going through the cattery, and the breeder specifically told us not to hold him too much as a kitten. So he wasn't well socialized and has spent most of his life not wanting to be held. He will seek out comfort and occassionally sit on your lap but not for too long. He always wants to be in the same room with his humans though and loves sleeping on the bed at night. He greets me at the door every time I come home. He has a very sweet, calm temperament.
