Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Phoenix came into the shelter with a very overprotective feral mama so we had some difficulty socializing him right away. He has come a long way but he is definitely still quite skittish. When in a new home, he will hide and be hissy, but with love and patience, he will come around! Once he trusts you, Phoenix is affectionate, playful, and gives chin kisses. But he's also been known to give a pretty solid "love" bite! He may very well grow out of that behavior, but as a precaution, he will do best in a quiet home without young children. He would also love to go to a home with his brother Orion but either way he needs a home with a young kitty friend to play with.
