My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Darlene, a delightful 2-year-old husky mix found as a stray. Her finder shared that she was fantastic with children and even got along beautifully with their cats! It’s no surprise, considering her sweet nature. Darlene dazzles with her stunning heterochromia eyes that add an extra dash of sparkle to her sweet personality. When introduced to another dog at the shelter, she wagged her tail enthusiastically and immediately jumped into play mode. Just a heads-up, though—she can be a bit of a drama queen when it comes to needle pokes, but who can blame her? If you want to meet this lovely girl, visit us at the shelter! Darlene will be ready to find her forever home when we open tomorrow at 12 PM. Remember, we are a first-come, first-served, in-person adoption center, so don’t miss your chance to welcome Darlene into your life!
