My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tinsel is a super-friendly and playful boy who loves company and plays with everything, especially strings and toys that move. He likes to chase and wrestle with his sister Merry, and they both like track balls and Cat Dancer. He will also make time to cuddle when you pick him up. They need a home together where he can be the yin to her yang.

Merry is a bit of an introvert with new people, but she dives right in when playing with her brother Tinsel. She loves toys that she can chase, and has a lot of fun with small, soft balls. A dab of Churu Kitten Tuna paste on your finger will bring her running and win her over. Not a huge fan of cuddles, but she'll jump on your lap to say hello. She and Tinsel need a home together for perfect balance.

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
