Duke is an energetic boy that loves to run and play and be adventurous. He's a go-getter that will never turn down a walk or playdate. Duke doesn't know that he was saved from euthanasia after another overfull shelter could not support his Addison's disease. Addison's disease is a rare disorder that occurs when the adrenal glands can't produce the hormones cortisol and aldosterone.
Sunny Sky's knew, that despite his rare condition, Duke can live a normal life with proper treatment and monitoring that requires a daily oral steroid and a monthly injection. Duke is worthy of a loving family and we hope you apply to meet him soon.
