Meet the Pet
Take the Pet Home
- Loves being around his people and likes to be at the center of whatever's going on
- Wiggly guy with tons of energy, loves playing with tennis balls and squeaky toys
- Enjoys getting attention from everyone and will greet new people cute a cute, friendly tail wag
- LOVES treats and would be fun to teach new skills using them
- Has done well with potty training in his foster home and has only had a few accidents, just remember any dog may take time to adjust to a new schedule and routine
- Does not enjoy being in his crate overnight and has been able to break out of his crate in his foster home, but will go into the crate on his own during the day to nap
- Has played well with a variety of dogs in his foster home and would likely enjoy having a dog friend in his new home
- Has lived with cats in his foster home but hasn't tried to bother them
- Has done okay with children in his foster home but can sometimes get too excited around them
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
