My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aloha ! My name is Stitch and I am a 3 month old Male, short coat Chihuahua, and I am looking for my Ohana yep that's right family. You can find me at the Santa Maria campus.

I am a shy and nervous guy with some time and patience I hope to be a more confident little pup. I am being handfed by staff to help my fear of strangers and build trust everyday I make small improvements. I am looking for a family who will help me grow to be brave and be the best me I can be . Take a chance and come say hello every visit helps me grow.

Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777.

When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.

Our adoption fees help support our community programs and the next animal who needs our help!
