Please welcome the wickedly talented, one and only, Idina Menzel! Idina is a 14 pounds, 1 year old, Terrier mix. Idina's fosters says, "Idina is so sweet and gentle! She loves to play and follow your every step." Idina loves a good fetch session, but will also happily spend time napping away. Idina is still learning how to become popular and is a bit shy when meeting new dogs and going on walks, but her confidence is growing every day! Idina does enjoy meeting people and is crate trained! What is this feeling, so sudden and new? It's our love for Idina!

The best way to meet our pups is via private meetings or at adoption events. We host these weekly at various locations around NYC.

Our adoption fee ranges from $275-$550 and covers the costs of vetting, boarding, transportation, and other necessary items for our dogs.

Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
