My name is Doug!

Doug is a fun two year old pit mix found abandoned on a street in West Memphis. He was significantly underweight. He is great with cats and other dogs. He loves to protect his person and needs slow introductions to new people. He would do best in a one adult household, ideally with another dog.

Doug enjoys runs, tug of war, and car rides. He is also a bit of a couch potato and has a mostly calm or low key energy inside. He knows sit, lay, shake, and free (release word to eat food).
