#A5665357 Meet Charlie a 1-year-3-month-old supermutt mix with the cutest folded ears, an adorably skinny snoot and a unique orange and cream freckled coat! Likely part lab and cattle dog (and maybe more!), he’s a happy-go-lucky boy who’s eager to please and full of energy. Charlie’s already mastered the basics like sit, shake, stay, and come, and he's very treat motivated, making him a quick learner. He may act a bit puppyish at times, especially when distracted by all the exciting things around him, but he’s friendly and calm once he feels comfortable. Charlie is cautious with new people, but with the right introductions, he’s ready to become your best friend! He’s doing great on the leash and shows clear signs of potty training, so he’s ready to go home and fit right in! Plus, he’s curious about other pups, so could make a wonderful pet sibling—he’d do especially well with larger dogs. Could Charlie be the loyal, loving, and playful companion you’ve been looking for?
1 year 3 month orange and white lab and cattle dog mix
29 pound neutered male
Up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today!
Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 11/22/24 as an owner surrender - but we have no notes, and no idea why, as Charlie is absolutely delightful!
looks to be part lab and cattle dog, maybe more!
has sweet folded ears, a cute narrow snoot, and a super unique orange freckled coat
such a happy go lucky cutie
super smart young boy - has clearly had training in all the basics - sit, shake, stay, come - and is very treat motivated, so could easily learn more!
shows clear signs of potty training
very curious about other pups - large dogs OK
still young, acts a bit younger than his age - charmingly puppylike, a bit easily distracted
cautious with new people but calm and friendly once he feels safe - just needs a little time and the right introductions!
ok on leash, just needs to learn to follow along more closely
