My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buska, a 12-year-old senior cat with a heart full of affection and a touch of shyness. Though she may be a bit reserved at first, once she feels comfortable, Buska is incredibly loving and enjoys bonding with her human companions. With her calm and gentle demeanor, she prefers quiet moments and cozy spots to relax, often curling up in her favorite napping spots. Despite her age, Buska still has a playful side, occasionally chasing a toy or exploring her surroundings with curiosity. With soft fur, wise eyes, and a loving nature, she’s the perfect companion for anyone who appreciates a sweet, shy kitty with a big heart. If you would to meet Buska please fill out a cat questionnaire on our website.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit organization in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We have a low-cost vet clinic (not full service), spay/neuter ,a TNR Program, and a Rescue/Adopt Program.

We started this organization because we love animals and want to be the voice for those who have no voice, and also help pet retention in homes by offering affordable veterinary care.

We would love to have volunteers to help with in-home fostering (some for two week quarantines, others to keep cats/dogs until they are adopted), cleaning, adoption events, Trapping cats for TNR, recovering female feral cats after surgery, and many other things.
