Charlie is currently vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for his forever home. Our nonprofit animal rescue, Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue, is committed to Charlie’s well-being and will cover his neuter surgery when he’s six months old at the Simi Valley Spay Neuter Clinic.
