My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful girl came to us when her owner moved to Tennessee and was unable to find a place to live that allowed pets. Both Opal and her owner were heartbroken. Opal is a nine month old purebred white and fawn French bulldog. She weighs 22 pounds and she is now spayed, up-to-date on required vaccines, heartworm tested negative and micro chipped. She is a healthy little girl looking for her forever home. She is house trained and she gets along well with other dogs, but definitely wants to be the center of attention so she would do well with another laid-back dog or as an only dog. She is great with kids. If you would like to be sweet Opal’s hero, please email omlc7@hotmail.com or dogs4mylife@gmail.com and we will send our information and application. PLEASE NOTE THAT A LOT OF OUR RESPONSES GO TO JUNK MAIL SO IF YOU DO NOT SEE A RESPONSE FROM US, PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER.

More about this rescue

We are an all volunteer rescue group that tries to give as many pets as possible a chance at a good life when all of their other doors have been closed. We pull dogs from high kill shelters in the South when they are scheduled for euthanization and foster them in TN while trying to find them great, forever homes in New England. Our rescue doesn't have an actual shelter building in the New England area. Due to this it is not always possible to meet them prior to their adoption. Our Tennessee dogs are brought up to their new owners weekly! We have a 14 day money back guarantee and the dog can be returned to us if things don't work out. We try hard to get good matches in our homes so that everyone has a happy life together!
We are also staunch advocates of SPAY AND NEUTER. The only way to stop the millions of lives needlessly lost every year is to SPAY and NEUTER! We have been doing this for 9 years with little or no donations, so please , if you can donate please do so. We have saved thousands of dogs since the start of our mission and want to continue to do so as long as finances permit.
