Toffee is a 1-year-old, 11- pound cutie. We rescued him from the local shelter and he has come a long way. Toffee loves everyone and loves to be snuggled. He enjoys his foster fur siblings and hopes he has one in his forever home. He loves to play and show is adorable feisty side.

After your application is reviewed, a representative from Operation Freedom Ride will call you to conduct an interview.

OFR wants to be sure you and a prospective pet are the best match. We set-up meet and greets at the foster home to make sure it's love!

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Based in Rochester, NY our mission is to help animals find the right person to love and care for them. We rescue an estimated 550 dogs and 330 cats, annually, and that number is growing!
