Olive Oil is an adorable female kitten who was brought to the HSOV on August 31, 2024 along with her sister (Popeye) after they were found fending for themselves on Greene Street in Marietta Ohio. Olive Oil and Popeye were tiny 4-week old babies at that time.
This little sweetheart has a brown tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and a beautiful kitten face with golden eyes, a brown velvet nose, and long white whiskers.
Olive Oil was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on September 2, 2024. She was given booster vaccines on September 17th and October 16th 2024.
These updated photos of Olive Oil were taken in our 'studio' on December 15, 2024. Thanks to HSOV Volunteer Emma Dahlgren who provided 'carry-in' service for both Olive Oil and Popeye .. And also assisted them with their glamour pictures. Each of these young ladies have sweet, playful personalities (including Emma) (smile).
Olive Oil and Popeye have never been separated since birth and are very bonded with each other, so we believe that it is in their best interest to be adopted together. They provided comfort/security for each other as well as having a best friend to play with and snuggle up with.
Olive Oil and Popeye will be spayed in the near future and will soon be ready to find their dream home.
