My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rujin, the sweetest boy you'll ever meet! This 7 year old Wired Hair Pointing Griffon will be the best friend you didn't know you needed. He is fiercely loyal to two things: his human and his tennis ball! Rujin would do great in a home with or without another dog. He would prefer his human to work from home, but it's not a deal breaker. Even at 7, Ruijin is ready for any adventure you may be ready to take him on.

Rujin is house trained, but prefers to not be kenneled. He is great when left to roam, and doesn't have destructive tendencies. His adoption fee is $200 and includes all vaccines, heartworm test and prevention, neuter, microchip, and bloodwork (he's in great health!). More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
