Niro is one cat who has had a rough start to life. This sweet boy was dropped off at the shelter in SC with his other siblings. He was paired up to be in a crate with his brother since they were not fixed yet, once his brother got adopted, Niro was left alone in the cage. This is when he took a turn for the worse.

Niro became sick, weak, and needing to be hospitalized because of his condition. He was suffering from a broken heart...He has been hospitalized since, now we are breaking him out and very excited to have this boy come and join us in NY.

He arrives 12/28 and boy is this boy the purfect cat! Dog, cat and kid friendly and a total ham!

This baby is spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccinations, is FIV and FeLV/Feline Leukemia Negative, and ready to find a soft spot to land and enjoy a family!

We require a completed application which is approved based on a review within 7 days.

At the time of adoption a donation is required before the animal is placed in an adoptive home.

$600 - All dogs
$300 - For dogs deemed seniors by LCAR (generally 8rs and older)
$200- For senior citizens (over 65 yrs of age) adopting senior dogs
$150 - For Kittens
$125 - For Cats

We provide adoption services in NY, NJ, CT, RI, NH, and ME.

Last Chance Animal Rescue is a Charitable, not -for profit organization, created to save the lives of animals. We rescue animals that are located in "KILL" facilities and underwrite the costs of relocating them to "NO KILL" facilities in hopes of finding them a forever family. We work with local veterinarians for spay-neuter/ medical services until permanent placement is secured into a pre-screened loving home. We depend on donations to continue to save these helpless loving animals from being killed and hope that you will consider supporting our cause..... saving as many lives as we can.
