Newaygo, Michigan, ATLAS - this 4 year old boy is great with humans, but not good with dogs/animals. For 1 1/2 years, the family has been trying to work with him to co-habitate with 2 male saints (both older and one has seizures). Family originally rescued him from a home that never had him around other pets. Atlas' family now just cannot keep him anymore and not fair to the older dogs living in fear. Family has tried everything. His likes, loves and hates soon to be posted (i.e., walks, swimming, car rides, etc.).
FROM OWNER: He loves to swim and likes making toys squeak although he isn't always sure about how to play. He gets really excited about car rides and does well when he visits the vet. He is a big fan of his dog bed and walks with his people. A little snack and some pets make him an instant friend. Has always done well around children (my nieces are 12, 10 and 7, but I have never had him around little little people *under 5).
He has a cartoon snore where his jowls flutter and make a goofy sound. He sticks close to his people and likes to sit at there feet where ever they are. He is well behaved in the house, both house broken and kennel trained. He has a built-in alarm and will whine at you when you are late with bathroom/outside breaks.
When he gets on the bed he gets so excited but then isn't sure what to do once he is up there. He hasn't ever had an issue with storms and we have never had him around fireworks.
This boy is UTD/neutered, trained on e-collar and loves humans. 12 year old niece even comes in the afternoon to let him out to the yard for a romp and pee. FREE TO A LOVING, SAVVY SAINT LOVING HOME WITHOUT ANY OTHER PETS.

If pet needs to be spay/neutered after placement, a contract for same is required and will be enforced.
