My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bio from the shelter in TX where Quill came from: Quill, otherwise known as the Guardian of the Galaxy…or maybe just the kennels. Quill is so silly and we love everything about him. He was found with 5 other dogs, locked in a house for 9 days without a way to get food or more water. The police stepped in and we were able to take Quill (and another dog to safety). Quill, instantly showed us he loves to be a little goofy to make you smile. He’s dog friendly and loves people. He’s great with kids! Sadly, Quill isn’t a fan of kitties so he would be a no go if you have any. Quill is a pretty active dog, but doesn’t mind lounging with you. So if you have another dog to play with him, that would be perfect!

Please bear with us as we process applications. There are lots of people that are wanting to adopt, so it's taking us a bit longer!!

Approve Application

We will need two non-family references to process your application. Please notify your references so they will be available to talk with.

3.
Meet the Pet

You will need to complete an adoption application prior to meeting with the pup.

4.
Pay Fee

$450 for puppies under 1 year $350 for adults over 1 year $150 for seniors

5.
Take the Pet Home

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)(3) not for profit dog rescue based in Colorado Springs, CO. Our goal is to rescue dogs from high kill shelters in other states and get them adopted into forever homes all along the Front Range and Pikes Peak Region. We are brand new, established in April 2019, and we are an all volunteer organization. We are always in need of donations, either money, much needed dog items like dog beds, kennels, leashes, etc, and loving foster homes. If you can't provide any of these things, we are always in need of people that can help out at events and transport when the dogs come in. We look forward to hearing from you!!
