Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Noel weighs in at 4-5pounds. She is the sweetest and cuddliest of the bunch. Her foster mom says she was a little shy at first but quickly came out of her shell.

Noel and her sister Clarissa were surrendered from an accidental litter. She has been raised around other dogs. You can apply to meet her at ricopetrecovery.org. Adoption fee is $350.This includes first two set of vaccines, spay and microchip.
