Precious is a sweet, brave and happy little girl looking for her forever home. She loves snuggles and love. She is crate trained and sleeps up to 8-9 hours/night in her crate. She also takes naps in her crate. She understands that going outside in the yard means it is time to go potty and when I don't get her outside in time, she uses the potty pads. She is comfortable walking on a leash with a harness. She wrestles with her brother her age, as well as two older and larger dogs (ages 2 and 4). She is very curious about our three cats and runs in circles with excitement when she sees them. She barks for attention to her needs but isn't a barker for no reason and she is able to quiet down when needed. She responds to "no" with a clap and comes to me when I call her (we call her "lil girl"). She is going to be such a great companion. She will be happy in a home with another dog or as the only dog if she has lots of attention and isn't left alone for long periods of time. She is currently 15 pounds at about 5 months old, and anticipated to be a small/medium sized dog. Mamma was an assumed pointer/heeler/hound mix. She is being fostered in Boulder, Colorado. Scheduled for spaying on Dec 27, will be ready to go to her new home by Dec 30th or after. Interested in learning more about Precious? Please submit a no obligation adoption application.
