My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lola is an affectionate, intelligent and playful puppy with a great temperament. (I’ve been told by Wags &. Wiggles that “I got lucky.”). I did get lucky and am thankful that we were able to get her out of the high-kill Riverside County Coachella shelter and offer her a good, happy start. Lola was intended to be my adult granddaughter’s dog, but shortly after we adopted her, my granddaughter got a job where she works long hours. So I have assumed full responsibility for Lola at the age of 77 - walking her twice a daily and taking her to the dog park. I enjoy the active time I’m spending with her now, but do not think I am the best choice for her over her/my life span. I would love to have her find the right family while she’s still a puppy.

Lola is an amazing dog. She is curious and seems to understand everything, and always wants to please. I will miss her dearly but will rejoice in knowing she has a lifetime home with an active family. Donation will go to Coastal GSD.
