Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
TuxC has been a loving and cherished companion for the past nine years. Born on April 28, 2015, she has brought so much joy and warmth into my life.
It breaks my heart to let her go, but I am hopeful to find her a new, loving, and experienced owner who can give her the care and attention she deserves.
TuxC has gone through a few big changes this year, including a move to a new state and the addition of a “cat-daddy” to her life. While she has handled these transitions fairly well, I’ve noticed she’s been more anxious lately. With my first child due in early February, I worry that another major adjustment might be too much for her.
Additionally, my lovely husband, who has a fear of cats, has been trying his best to adjust, but having TuxC in the home has been a source of anxiety for him. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to rehome TuxC so that she can thrive in a calmer environment, and so we can focus on preparing for our growing family.
