My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jessa!

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, super cute companion who’ll adore you to the moon and back, Jessa is your girl! 🌟

Jessa is a pro at crate time, settling in quickly like the good girl she is. She’s a leash-walking superstar who lives for her daily strolls, and she’s got a trick list that’ll make you proud—sit, stay, drop it, leave it, and “kennel up” are all part of her repertoire!

Jessa has lived happily with kids ages 7-10 and did wonderfully with her family. But when it comes to strangers or surprise visitors? She prefers to take introductions slow. This sweet girl dreams of a calm, low-activity home where she doesn’t have to be the hostess with the mostess. Jessa believes in quality over quantity when it comes to her people—she just wants her favorites close by.

When it comes to other dogs, Jessa’s all about friendship with the right introductions. Cats? No problem—she’s cool as a cucumber around them too! 🐾

Jessa’s ideal day? Lounging in her safe, cozy space, loving on her people, and enjoying peaceful walks and belly rubs. She’s the perfect blend of sweetness and loyalty but does need a little patience with new situations—slow and steady wins her heart.

Ideal home: Calm, low-traffic, and full of love.

If you’re ready to be Jessa’s hero, she’ll reward you with 100% of her love, snuggles, and devotion. ❤️

Adopting from HEA

FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS:
Adoption is a huge deal to us. We make a lifetime guarantee to our companions. In return, we’re asking you to provide a lifetime commitment once you’ve invited a pet to join your family. We’re excited that you're considering adoption. We look forward to working with you to find the right match!

TIMELINE:
Our primary objective is to assure the correct match for the people and the pets that we’re sending to their forever homes. Our goal is to send dogs and cats home as quickly as we can, while still being thorough. Processing times will vary and are largely dependent on our ability to connect with your references, landlord, and veterinarian. To keep the process moving along, please make sure you’ve done your part:
1) Fill out your application completely - missing information slows down the process.
2) Let your references know to expect our call.
3) If you rent, let your landlord know to expect our call.
4) If you currently have pets, ask your veterinarian to be prepared to release your records.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE:
We make a pact with every animal that enters our care: They’re promised a loving home for the rest of their life. In turn, when you make the commitment to adopt, we ask you to make a lifetime commitment. We believe family is forever.
