My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rocket!

This boy is a catch!

Rocket is approximately one year old and around 35-40 lbs. He is a lovely and sweet boy.

Rocket came from an overcrowded shelter in New Mexico but you wouldn’t guess that from meeting him. He is fully house trained and thrives with people and other dogs. He has great leash manners and understands “no”. In addition to his good behavior, he is a very sweet and social pup.

He is affectionate and cuddly, or happy to put himself in his bed or kennel and just hang out. He is food and toy motivated but not possessive, at all. When taking Rocket out he adjusts quickly to new situations and is comfortable after a few moments in new environments.

Rocket would do well with any household setting, and would be great for someone who wants to include their pup in their day to day.

Rocket is vaccinated, neutered and will be chipped soon. His adoption fee is $450.

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
