My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** AVAILABLE ON-SITE FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS ***

Our dogs who are in high demand have a $395 adoption fee plus a $300 donation (which is tax-deductible) for a total of $695. The extra donation will go towards another Saving Grace dog in need of heartworm treatment that is currently not sponsored.

Taylor is a young, sweet, energetic cocker spaniel gal who loves to be with her family! She enjoys getting lots of pets and cuddles. She’s adorably clumsy - all paws and earnestness as true to her breed. Toys are one of her favorite pleasures in life. Her go-to’s would have to be chasing tennis balls or chewing on rubber squeaky balls. The squeaker is her ultimate trophy!

Taylor is very inquisitive and interested in exploring the world around her. She’s excited for her forever home to take her on lots of walks while she sniffs her way through the best scents. To her there is nothing better than going on a long adventure and then coming home and napping. She is both dog and cat friendly, happy to coexist with other animals in your home. You could say this Taylor was tailor made for your heart! Make an appointment to meet this cutie today!

Additional adoption info

All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccines, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.

If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please complete an Adoption Application at our website: savinggracenc.org

Sending an Application does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption.

Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.

More about this rescue

Located in central North Carolina and officially established in 2004, Saving Grace has placed over 15,000 dogs into homes since its inception. These dogs were from rural animal control facilities with little resources and who would otherwise not had the opportunity to receive necessary veterinary care and a chance at adoption. While we have grown significantly over the years and have been successful growing our numbers we still see many great dogs miss the opportunity of adoption.

We have a large variety of dogs varying in breed, size, shape, age and needs and would love to work with you to find you a great dog companion while providing a dog in need with a loving home. Our dogs are chosen based on temperament and socialization. We get some of the most charming, unique mix breeds as well as some striking purebreds. Our dogs come from rural, underserved areas and while they may have little experience as an indoor family member, they have the temperament and personality that is sure to bring much love and appreciation to their new home. Most have started their crate training while in our program. Veterinary care including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test, vaccinations, monthly preventatives are provided prior to each adoption. If you would like more information about adopting one of our dogs, please email savinggrace@savinggracenc.org
