My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

From the golden age of good boys, it’s Frankie: the leading man! With a bark as smooth as Sinatra and a swagger straight out of a noir classic, the pup has old-school charm. His rescue adventure began when his owner could no longer care for him, and he entered the ACS Casa program. After reading his write-up, SNIPSA happily welcomed him into our program. Frankie is simply a splendid dog. At nine years old, Frankie has lost his ability to see, but he has lost sight of his manners. He is house-trained and keeps his space nice and clean, like the gentleman he is. Not to mention, he is your ideal lap dog! Frankie loves to be near you—to hear your voice and feel your touch. There is no doubt he would be the perfect companion!

So, cue the spotlight and roll the credits—Frankie is here to steal the show… and your heart! Be a part of his story and apply for him below!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
