My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.

I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.

I am excitable and energetic! I will need positive outlets for my energy!

A volunteer writes: Dapper dude Duckie is a young pup who has become a favorite of staff and volunteers here at the shelter. He is a handsome guy with a gorgeous grey-blue coat that is soft as velvet, and is sweet demeanor is irresistible. Still a young lad, Duckie looooves to RUN and PLAY, but he can also be a bit shy when meeting new people,. Due to his size and youthful exuberance, we think that Duckie would do best in a home without small kiddos, at least initially. He would really benefit from a loving home with a patient person(s) who will take the time needed to teach Duckie all there is to know about polite doggie manners, and help him to grow into the good-est boy!
