Frank Fiddlestix entered Humane Society of Imperial County as a stray and was not claimed, so they asked for our help to find him a loving forever home.
We scooped this cutie up on December 14th to become a Frosted Face. Frank is a sweet little grandpa who enjoys the sun on his fur, being covered in blankets, and going for walks. Be sure to watch the video, and look at little Frank go!
Frank had neuter and dental surgery on the 23rd of January. He had 22 teeth removed and has 6 left. That's a lot of teeth to lose, but now his mouth is healthy and pain-free! Fortunately, Frank lives in a Foster home, and he got lots of TLC while he recovered. His Foster Mom reports that Frank is doing great!
Here is the latest update:
"Frank is the sweetest little boy. He has learned what lots of love and cuddles are all about. I love when he hugs my arm when I hold him.
Frank has been tested with the following animals and passed with flying colors: cat, rabbits, big dogs, and small dogs. He is a great little guy that will do great in a home with other dogs. He loves to follow mine everywhere. They also have helped him navigate around the yard and house. My big dogs are older and don’t pay him much attention. If a dog comes at him fast, it does startle him. Calm, gentle dogs would be great!
Frank gets so excited to eat. He will tap your foot with his nose or paw at your heel while getting his food. He can be picky with food, but when you find the one, he chows down. He loves treats!!
Despite not having the best eye sight or hearing, Frank gets around the house fine. He finds the water bowls, beds, and most recently tapped on the door to go out and potty!
Frank seems fine with everyone he meets. He is very sweet. Frank would love to meet you and find his forever home!"
